alcohol and opiates. 23 hr observation for meth, amphetamines, cocaine. 21 day
treatment for court ordered clients. NO METHADONE. Must call to complete
phone screening prior to admittance. No walk ins are accepted. Fees: $25
admittance fee. Other fees may be assessed depending on client’s ability to pay.
Must have ID and proof of income. If client has history of DT’s or other medical
problems when detoxing, refer to ER or hospital as this is a “drying center” and
has no medical capabilities. Will not accept clients who are suicidal. If client has
mental illness or other physical illness, must have medications. If a client lives
outside Pulaski, Lonoke, Prairie, or Saline Counties , they would be serviced by a
different detox facility.

Chemical Free Living Facilities
Other chemical free living facilities are advertised around the area and in the
phone book. Typically, these are homes where several men and/or women can
live for rent and are a chemical free living space. The treatment curriculum for
such places and fees must be determined on an individual facility basis.
Long term treatment facility for men and women. Must speak with shelter staff to
enter program. Fee: 75% of income if working or on disability. Chores done in
shelter in exchange for fee if unemployed.
